The security system in Ra Workshop is based on users and user groups. Every user group can have a different role. Every role is responsible with the access to specific options of the application. Some users can be restricted to not have access to: materials costs, extra costs that are part of offer calculations, database, etc.



This is the list of permissions that can be set to users in Ra Workshop:

• Administrator. System Administrator. The user or user group with this right has no restrictions in the application. Exceptions may be due to the hardware key.
• Security Administrator. User or user group can give rights to other users or user groups.
• Backup Administrator. Users or user groups can save/restore the database and import/export data.
• Unit Manager. User or user group that has rights on measuring system.
• Currency Manager. User or user group that has rights to the currency nomenclature.
• Glass Manager. User or user group that has rights to add or change information regarding glass in the database.
• Profile Manager. User or user group that has rights to add or change information regarding profiles and systems in the database.
• Accessory and Hardware Manager. User or user group that has rights to add or change information regarding accessories and hardware in the database.
• Labor Manager. User or user group that has rights to add or change information regarding manual labor in the database.
• Offer Operator. User or user group that has rights strictly for the offering step.
• Dealer. User or user group that has rights a dealer usually has. Its rights are similar to the Offer Operator’s plus access to reports necessary for a dealer (Window Panel, Glass Order).
• Dealer Manager. User or user group that has this rights will be able to manage dealers: add/edit/delete and rights.
• Production Operator. User or user group that has rights to production related features.
• Consumption Visualization Access. User or user group that has rights to see the materials necessary for the components even from the offer stage. More specifically it gives reading rights to the Consumption Tab.
• Consumption Edit Access. User or user group that has rights to edit the materials necessary for the components even from the offer stage. More specifically it gives edit rights to the Consumption Tab.
• Costs Access Level 1. User or user group that has rights to see and edit the costs groups level 1.
• Costs Access Level 2. User or user group that has rights to see and edit the costs groups level 2.
• Costs Access Level 3. User or user group that has rights to see and edit the costs groups level 3.
• Costs Access Level 4. User or user group that has rights to see and edit the costs groups level 4.
• Costs Access Level 5. User or user group that has rights to see and edit the costs groups level 5.
