The success of the application depends on the quality of the results and the way these are reported. With each version we try to improve the quality of these reports so that they will be easier to understand. We also want to improve the graphical aspect of the reports and we are proud to say that Ra Workshop’s reports look the best.

Reports
In Ra Workshop the reports are grouped in categories depending on the presenting data and the way they will be used. In the current version there are 4 categories of reports:

Offers. Reports made for the eyes of the client.
Graphical Reports. Contain the reports that have the graphic scheme (drawings) of the joinery structures.
Production Reports. Groups the reports that were made for the window production step.
Order Reports. Groups the reports used to order the materials needed for the joinery.

Report Options
To fully satisfy the customer we introduced, for each report, a set of options. This way its up to the user to group the data or set the way he wants them displayed. There are 2 types of displays for reports: general options – that apply to all reports, and specific options – which apply only to specific reports. These options can be accessed from the reports’ toolbar as shown in the picture below:

The first button (right to left) opens the general options and the second one opens the specific options.
