The profile acquisition is made at full length bar despite the price calculation method (linear meter or per Kg). The profile order reports converts the quantity of the profile calculated on the project in a bar number based on the setting of each profile.
The report can be run in 2 modes:
- Optimized. If the license includes the optimization mode, then, resulting from the profile debit optimization results the application can calculate the exact number of bars needed for the project.
- Estimated When the optimization mode is not available or the optimization process, the application will calculate the number of needed bars based on the consumption resulted from the project. More specifically it will round-up the number to a full length bar multiplier.
Important: the only way to ensure that you will order the correct quantity of profiles is by optimizing and ordering the quantity from the order profile report. Ordering the quantity becomes crucial when you need profiles of a certain color that doesn’t exist in the standard list. If you need to wait several weeks to get the materials you might as well get them all at once.

Profile order report contains the fallowing information:
- Cods. Profile code.
- Name. Profile name.
- Bar No. Number of bars ordered.
- L. Bar. Length of one bar.
- Quantity. Total quantity ordered measured in meters.
- UM Price. Price per unit measurement.
- Value. Obtained value from quantity or price.
Profile Order Report Options
The settings will permit the report to be generated with or without
values, optimized or estimate.
