There are situations where we want a compact offer (that has few pages). For this the client table offer was created. It contains the same information as the client offer with one exception: it doesn't show the window designs.

Important: before giving the client the offer check to see if you set the extra costs. In their absence the offer will be calculated at the exact price of the materials which will mean considerable loss for the company.

The client offer is generated from the menu Project » Reports » Offers » Client Table Offer as seen in the picture below:

Client Table Offer Report
In the picture below is displayed the first page of a client table offer report. The report has the following sections:

Header. Contains the data of the user's company: contact details and their banner. Both informations are optional.
Offer Title. Can be changed by the user.
Client and project information. Both informations are optional.
Primary Text. In the opening of the offer a text can be added to explain the technical solution chosen, thermal transfer coefficients for profiles and glass and last bu not least the advantages of the offer.
Table with Windows / Doors / Panels.One below the other each carpentry structure is described (without the technical scheme) with details about the materials used, about the quantity and price.
Totals and statistics. At the end of the offer the total is calculated with and without VAT. Also, optionally, specific statistics can be viewed about the offer.
Secondary Text. This text can be used to specify the availability of the offer, payment terms and any other information that the user finds relevant for the offer.

Client Table Offer Report Options
The option menu for the offer report allows the modification of the design so that the offer will satisfy all of the users demands. From options dialog we can change the offer title, the currency in which it will be calculated, the windows that will be included in the offer and the way it will display the sections on the offer.
