The offer report is the most important report because it contains
exactly what the client wants. There is no mystery that a client
will want to see more than one offer and will choose one by
comparison. We believe that price is an important factor, but
equally important, an offer with an exemplary graphical aspect will
give the client assurance that the joinery will be of equal
quality.
Important: before giving a client an offer check if you
set the extra costs. Without
them the offer will be calculated at the material costs that will
make the company lose income.
Client Offer Report Menu
The client offer is found in Reports » Offers » Client Offer
as seen in the picture below:

Client Offer Report
In the pictures below there are the first and the last page of an
offer. The report is made up of the following sections:
- Header. Contains the data of the users’ company: Contact
details and banner. Both information are optional.
- Offer Title. Can be changed by the user.
- Client and project information. Both information are
optional.
- Primary text. Lets the client know some details about
the systems, hardware and glass used, thermal transfer
coefficients, the advantages of the proposition.
- Windows / Doors / Panels. Every joinery with its own
technical scheme and details about the materials, price and
quantity are shown one under the other.
- Totals and statistics. At the end of the offer the total
is calculated with and without the VAT. And can show statistics
about the offer as an option.
- Secondary Text. Use this text to inform the client about
the payment method, execution and binding time, maybe even some
information about thermal insulating joinery maintenance.(i.e.:
situations that lead to condense).
Offer Report Options
The offer report options allows the modifications of the design so
that it can be suited to the users’ needs. Through the options
dialog we can change the title, currency and the display of the
offer.
