Ra Workshop is created to collaborate with other software. The information in the project can be exported in public formats in order to be used by other applications.

The export file contains information about every calculated item: price, quantity, code, name. This information can be used for example to export the management of the current project’s bill.

Select Export Data
To select the data we want to export as well as the order in which they will be placed in the export folder use the button

from the consumption tab's toolbar.

Accessing the menu will open the selection dialog. Checking the Export table header option will introduce on the first row of the export file the names of the exported columns.

Export Project
To generate the export file press the

. The information from the current tab will be exported in one of the supported formats: Excel or Text. The user must set a path for the export file and a name.
