The panels are a specific category because although it is an area item they enter into the calculation of joinery and not in the calculation of the glass. Specifically the ratio Offer Dealer will contain in the joinery price the panels price as well.

Panels Menu
The dialog with panels is accessed through the Materials » Glass » Panels menu as you can see from the picture below:

Panels Dialog
The panels dialog allows the following operations: add, change, delete, copy/paste, print, export. For each facility access the corresponding button on the toolbar.

Add Panels
To add a new panel click on the first record (where it says: "Click here to enter a new record") and complete the following fields:

Code. (required, must be unique)
Name. (required)
Category.
Price. The price per square meter.
Currency. Currency price.
Color. Color used to draw the panel.
Thickness. The thickness of the panel. This switch is used in the calculation of the glazing bead and gasket. When designing a structure the program will only allow the selection of glazing beads corresponding to the thickness of the panel selected.
Consumption Category. Category where the glass will listed in reports.
Cost Category. Extra costs that will apply to the glass when it is used.
Generate Consumption. Normaly sellected, witch means that this pannel will be added to the consumption.

To save the information press the Save button on the toolbar.

Change Panels
Select the row you want to modify and edit the desired fields. To save the information press the Save button on the toolbar.

Delete Panels
Select the rows you wish to erase and press the Delete key or the according button from the toolbar. To save the information press the Save button on the toolbar.
