The application is design to work, if needed, in a production base - dealers environment. In this case use the production application to manage dealers and use a special Ra Workshop licence for dealers. After defining a delear, you may select it in Project » Summary » General tab. Also if you receive a project from a delear and open it in the production application, the delear will be tied by that project and you will see it in the project's general tab.

Dealers Menu
The manage dealears dialogue is accessed through Materials » Dealears menu as seen from the picture below. Only a user with adiministrator or delear manager rights can access this menu.

Dealers Dialog
The Dealers Dialog allows the following operations: add, change, delete, copy / paste, print, export. For each facility access the corresponding button on the toolbar.

Add Dealer
To add a new dealer click on the first registration (where it says: "Click here to add a new record") or click on "Open edit window for e a new record" (this opens a special dialog window with the properties of a dealer).

Dealer information below should be filled according:

Unique ID:.Not editable. This is the unique number attached to the delear and should be passed to the delear company with the license (by mail, by print, etc).
Name. Required. Name of the dealer.
Address.
Country.
Phone.
Fax.
Email.
Cost Category. Select a dealer cost category. In this list will be shown only dealer type Extra Cost
VAT ID.
Registration Number.
Bank. Bank name.
IBAN. Bank account number.

To save the information press the OK button or the Save button on the toolbar.

On the delear license when the user try to access Materials » Dealears menu only the edit form appear with it's information (it will have access only to it's dealer information).

Change Dealers
Select the row with the dealer you want to modify and edit the desired fields. An easier option of editing is by using the edit button on the toolbar. This opens the window above in which the editing is more intuitive.
To save the information to press the Save button on the toolbar.

Delete Dealers
Select the rows you wish to remove and press the Delete button or the corresponding button on the toolbar. To save the information press the Save button on the toolbar.
